The fourth is that the setting of the titration speed must be fast first and then slow, and fast during the titration to minimize the test time, and the strain should be slow when approaching the end point, which can improve the accuracy of measurement.
Fifth, after each test, the reagents in the system must be emptied, and then cleaned with methanol. Never use water to clean the system, because it is not easy to volatilize, which will cause the reagent calibration to be incorrect during the next test.
