At the project execution level, we employ a stage-gate management model. Customers can participate in multiple rounds of technical reviews before the design freeze, and the engineering development phase only begins after the functional specification is confirmed, effectively controlling project change risks and delivery uncertainty.

On the manufacturing side, the company boasts a 3,000-square-meter self-owned production line equipped with fully automated calibration and testing benches and aging test chambers. This allows for flexible switching between small-batch trial orders (5-50 units) and large-scale orders, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) at the lowest level in the industry.

In terms of after-sales service, customized instruments enjoy the same 24-month warranty commitment as standard products, a 10-year spare parts inventory commitment for key components, and value-added services such as on-site installation and commissioning, operation training, and metrological calibration guidance, ensuring customers receive original manufacturer technical support throughout the entire instrument lifecycle.
