1. Mold production

The mold for cast iron weights adopts sand casting method, and the mold is made according to the drawings provided by the customer.

2. Melting cast iron

Prepare raw materials such as iron ore and add them proportionally to the electric arc melting furnace for melting. Filter the iron sheet and accumulated slag to ensure excellent quality of the molten iron.

3. Pouring

Slowly pour the cast iron melt into the pouring port in the mold until the air in the sand mold is completely discharged.

4. Pouring

After the pouring is completed, the cast iron liquid in the sand mold begins to solidify. Slowly pour the casting liquid into the mold and let it naturally solidify. The air in the mold should be completely eliminated.

5. Post processing

Process and polish according to the drawings to ensure that their dimensions and weight meet the requirements. Inspect and test cast iron weights to ensure they meet OIML standards.
