Density electronic balances are widely used in a wide range of fields, including rubber, wire and cable, aluminum products, plastics, mineral rocks, EVA foam materials, glass industry, metal products, precision ceramics, refractory materials, magnetic materials, alloy materials, mechanical parts, metal recycling, minerals and rocks, jewelry industry and other new material research laboratories.
The working principle of the density balance is based on the Archimedean principle, which states that the buoyancy of an object in a liquid is equal to the weight of the liquid it displaces. Specifically, the density balance calculates the density of an object by measuring its buoyancy in water. When an object is completely immersed in water, the buoyancy is equal to the weight of the water displaced by the object, and the density of the object can be calculated according to the formula F=ρgV.
To measure solid or liquid density (specific gravity), which is widely applied to measure resin, metal, glass and chemical liquid in electronics, rubber, food, paper and machinery processing industries.
