The principle of platform type thin film solid state tester analysis is to use the selective absorption phenomenon of different wavelengths of light by substances to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances. By analyzing the absorption spectrum, the structure and chemical composition of substances can be determined. Using high-performance grating to obtain monochromatic light, the monochromatic light continuously passes through the sample in sequence, and the transmittance of the sample for each wavelength is measured to obtain the transmittance spectrum curve.
This instrument operates based on the principle of relative measurement, that is, selecting a certain band of air reference and setting its transmittance (i.e. transmittance T) to 100%, while the transmittance of the tested sample is obtained relative to that reference. The change in transmittance (transmittance T) has a certain functional relationship with the concentration of the measured substance, and within a certain range, it conforms to Lambert Beer's law.
