Cast iron
Cast iron weights are a measuring tool that measures the weight of an object by comparing its mass. It is done by placing a weight on the balance pan while weighing the weight of another object. Cast iron weights usually have precise weight values because they are calibrated on a precision balance. When the balance weighs an object, the weight exerts a certain force on the balance, which in turn affects the balance point of the lever, thereby achieving accurate measurement of the mass of the object.

Cast iron weights are widely used, mainly including the following aspects:
Elevator loading weights: used for elevator testing and calibration to ensure the safe operation of elevators
Scale verification weights: used for measuring and calibrating the scale range to ensure the accuracy of the scale
Mixing station counterweight iron: used as a counterweight in the mixing station to ensure the stability and accuracy of the mixing process
Electronic scale calibration weights: used to correct the accuracy of electronic scales to ensure the accuracy of weighing
Instrument calibration: In laboratory and industrial applications, cast iron weights are used to calibrate various instruments and equipment to ensure the accuracy of measurement
In addition, cast iron weights also have the characteristics of good quality and good performance. The manufacturing process includes melting into liquid and pouring into the mold, cooling and solidifying, and cleaning to obtain castings with predetermined shape, size and performance
